1965 Intelligence ("we", "us") provides a subscription-based financial planning tools platform for financial advisors worldwide. By using this platform, you agree to these terms.
You must create an account to use our tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for individual use.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Founding member pricing remains locked while your subscription is active. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow Stripe's standard terms.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful financial planning purposes. You may not reverse-engineer the platform, resell access, or use it for any unlawful activity.
1965 Intelligence provides financial planning tools for illustrative and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice under the Financial Advisers Act (Singapore) or any equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction. All projections are based on user-provided assumptions and are not guaranteed. Consult a licensed financial adviser before making investment decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1965 Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
